The problem the 4 closed restaurants had is the same as what Vida will face - This is a poor location for ANYrestaurant. It is to far back from Cobb Pky, you don't see it until you have gone past and access from Cobb is hard as those going north have to go another 2 blocks to make a U-turn to go back. Misc: It seems that the history of the rental space has had 5 restaurants there. Another one I found was a listing for: R J'S CAFE, 2655 COBB PARKWAY NORTH NW, KENNESAW, GA 30152, (770) 919-1949, probably the first and Patel family owned, it is now long gone.
Also the Patel family (MADHAV INVESTMENT CORPORATION) owes the County a tax bill of $25,134.36 on the $1,600,000 property.

You have probably figured out by now that Pizza 'N Beyond has closed down after a run of 16 months.
Probably coming to this site is a Cuban restaurant.
