It started out as the Windsor Inn motel and was subsequently repurposed as a strip mall with a restaurant. There have probably been 5 restaurants in the same unit, starting with R J's Cafe, an unknown one, then Emma's Bistro, Pizza 'N Beyond and now the Vida Caribbean Grill. (Vida = 'Life' in Spanish)
